Harvey Ford
Harvey is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and is affiliated to MARCHON.

With a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiology and Nutrition, Harvey heads up our fuelling strategy, bringing you science-backed nutrition approaches to maximise your progress, performance and recovery.

Ryan Apps
Ryan is another Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and professional rugby player currently playing for Team GB Seven's.

With a huge amount of experience in the professional sporting world, Ryan is blessed with a wealth of knowledge regarding how to get you into tip-top shape and performing at your explosive best.

Dan Smith
Rounding off the team with yet another coach undergoing their Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, Dan takes the lead on the strength side of things.

With some serious numbers in the gym coupled up with his ultra-endurance endeavours, Dan is the perfect man to get you looking and performing at your best.
